Erin is a patient-focused nurse who believes in delivering holistic care to her patients. She graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with outstanding academic achievements, receiving numerous awards during the course of her study.
Upon graduation, Erin finds herself developing an interest in Orthopaedic and Hand Surgery after working with established musculoskeletal surgeons in public institutions. She enjoys challenges and went on to pursue a Bachelor in Nursing, majoring in research which includes management of wounds, medical resources deployment and medical law regarding patients’ rights.
Erin can effectively communicate in English, Chinese, Malay and local dialects. Over the years, she has impressed many patients with her gentle and attentive care. She is proficient in observing patients’ needs beyond their medical conditions and always strives to deliver the most personalised care.

Fidiana is an enthusiastic and cheerful person with nearly 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. During her long service with Singapore General Hospital, she worked closely with various doctors to provide professional clinical support for patients and has since acquired a strong knowledge base of customer service skills.
Her contributions did not go unrecognized and she was a 4 time winner of the Singapore Health Quality Services Gold Awards.
As part of the team at Advanced Hand, Wrist & Nerve Centre, she believes that working with patients is not only her profession, but it is also her personal calling. She believes in caring for her patients beyond their medical needs and hope to provide them with the most seamless clinical experience.
